Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy  
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. This return policy applies to customers in the United States and Canada.

How to Return an Item:
1. Email us at info@sportsfanwear.ca to request a return.
2. Upload a clear photo of the item showing it is new, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
3. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Return the item using the provided label.

Important Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns that are worn, washed, or missing tags may be rejected.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless we made an error with your order.
- If you are returning an item because it is no longer needed or due to a change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. To exchange for another item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
